Thread: Who is supposed to post more community relations or developers?

Seems like in the last few weeks, we've seen very little of Tiggs and Thunderheart, and more of the programmers and developers and producers. It'd be my preference if the latter was actually programming and developing stuff, and not spending their time posting. Maybe they are the better ones to be doing the explaining for systems that we may understand better than the Relations team, but couldn't Tiggs and Thunderheart post something so they outnumber the programmers at their own job?

It just seems to me that there hasn't been much relating to the community, at least on the forums, since the CU release date was announced. At one point in there Tiggs said to the smuggler forum that she'd try releasing information early for discussion as a test to see if they could handle it. It was in the hopes that people would understand if the design didn't work out exactly as people expected it to. I guess I'm just an idealist and would prefer too much information than not enough, even if some of that information is either inadvertantly misleading or turns out to be changed during implementation. But leave it to the dumb, stupid and pannicky populace to take what they want out of a series of quotes and ignore the newer more accurate messages.

"A person is smart, people are dumb, pannicky and you know it." -K, Men in Black

In an ideal world, I suppose we could avoid posting for the lowest common denominator.
