Is Lowca down?

When I log in, I get stuck at the login screen with one blue bar and a message that says "Now connecting to the Galaxy..."

I have tried a full scan, reboot, 2nd computer, multiple accounts, and a Hail Mary. I'm not the only one, becuase others in the CSR general chat room are having the same issues.

Anyone know anything about it? I hear there might be other servers also.
