You have this nice story on the loading splash screen for Ral Mundi and you get to a point with confronting Tomi Jinsin and you dont get credit for it.

I and many others have /bugged this quest. But you gotta admit this is a Customer Relations Nightmare. You have people all loading in reading this quest primer on the now loading screen and you cant complete it. CSR responce is typical. Try to complete the event again and please /bug it.

Something as appearant as this bug should be a top priority or remove the ability to start this quest at all and get rid of the loading screen. Heck as a matter of fact have someone go through all those screens of loading when traveling. A lot of them have no use in this post CU game
