Thread: Account closed still being charged for it

Well for some reason SOE decided that I didn't need 2 accounts and closed one of them but yet I'm still being charged for both of them. Who/where do I contact/go to get this looked in to and the charges refunded or time credited to the account?

Not sure what you mean by SOE decided you didn't need two accounts and closed one....but if one is cancelled and you're still being charged I would recommend calling the number listed on your credit card billing statement. Most likely there was a lack of communication by the department that handles the cancelling and the one that handles the billing.
