Hi im not sure this is for this forum but atm im not getting any help and its not really my problem. My mate is stuck in read only mode on the forums, he cant post or anything. Now i did a search and found a post where you had to register, so he's registered got the email with the numbers in a registered, said all was fine and his details were updated but he still cant post? Any help would be brilliant and much appreciated. Also i tried chat in the launchpad cos he cant get in there either and CSR's were in there - No Help!

I can see the my profile section on my account but when he gets it, it just says read-only mode so he has no way of getting into it?
