Please no one post here till I get my answer this is not a flame thread or anything like this I just have a question I want an answer too...
I was just wondering why the whole new combat system and why not just tweak the current system to bring it in balance ?
As I see it and I have read many threads to this effect nerfing armor and buffs by 50%, removing all DOT weapons, and fixing a few broken hits in the current would bring combat so far into alignment..
But I was just wondering why the whole new system ?

Because the old system never trully worked as we intended it too.
