Thread: RotW Issues: Pre-order and Beta

I recently pre-ordered RotW as well as signed up for Beta sometime early last week.
I have not recieved a confirmation email for either of these things. Yes my email address is correct and yes it is also correct in the Fan Club section.
I have requested several 're-confirmation' emails for beta to other known and working emails. None are hotmail and none have Active Junk Mail filters.
Should I have gotten a confirmation email for at least RotW? I was hoping to get into Beta but have no idea if I am even properly registered.

You should have received a confirmation after you completed the beta application. As for your store order you should be able to check that on the store section of our web site.

Don't feel bad I haven't recieved a message about FF,beta, or my preorder.I asked if there was something I can do and haven't recieved a response from anyone.

Yeah when I log in to SWG it does say RotW Preordered. But I have nothing from Beta. I have literally tried several email accounts. I get at the Boards emails just fine and I even got Beta 1, JTL Beta emails and invites just fine. Just RotW emails I am not getting.
