It'll auto download again, just like all the updates and patches,the first time you connect after re installing from your original SWG CD.

It says at the station store that you WILL NOT recive a disk....... So what happens if you have to unistall swg for some reason or get a new hard drive and have to reinstall. Does that mean that you will not have ROTW or will it auto downlaod agian if you lose it for some reason?

Okay that answers one of my questions what about if you stop playing for awhile and then come back after a clean sweep will it download then?

Yes it will. As long as your account is RoTW enabled then you can take a break, wipe your HD and when you come back and re install from your original galaxies CD all updates, patches and RoTW files will download the first time you attempt to log on.
