Hi
Two weeks ago I have preordered ROTW expansion, Launchpad reported "EXPANSION PRE ORDERED" and my profile in station.com correctly reported the expansion preorder.
Today I log in and I see that pre order is disappeared in my two account.
What's the problem ?

This happened to me also, and when I went into the chat room, it happened to a few others also.
I thought that my order was cancelled, but if you check your order status on the SOE home page, you'll find it should be still there. Mine was.
I think its just a bug, but it does bother me also..since I have payed for the game, I hope that I will still beable to use it when it comes out..even if the pre-order on the launch pad says that I haven't ordered it.

Ok, I'm experiencing this as well, and when I checked my account status, it no longer shows the pre-order.
Do we have to pre-order again, or what?? Or is it just a website/launchpad issue, and I'm still in the pre-order list?
