No rant, what's done is done. I gave it a try on tc-ep3.

1. Go to My Account (see the top right general area of the forum header)

2. Log in.

3. Go to "Station Store" (it's on the menu on the left side of the page).

4. There is a button there to cancel the ROTW pre-order.

Did this myself 2 weeks ago.
