This is cleary an effort to mollify the massive unrest in the community over the way SOE has completely ignored feedback over the CU and its insulting.
Its like taking a sledge hammer to someone's car, but saying here's a can of spray paint for you.

well, i would take that sexeh BARC speeder instead too
since i´maway for2 weeks now anyways i have nothing from that double xp week

Evidently we have had an impact. Too bad they chose the wrong course of action. Oh well.
