Well devs. Here we sit at the eve of the CU and your pleading with people to at least "try" out the CU. Unfortunately alot of us have.
The earlier figures I posted (on a thread that was deleted) were grossly out of spec. I figured on 6000 people dropping their accounts. Well its actually closer to 58,000 out of 200,000 or so since the announcement of the CU. Thats around 25% or so of your accounts. And if you have around 250,000 accounts then that number drops to 23% of your accounts. Of course that is an old number. Probably a couple of weeks.
So back to the math. 58000 accounts at $15 a month. Comes out to $870,000 monthly lost. Or $10,400,000 annually. Thats a pretty big number. And you insist upon pushing this upon the community.
Sorry but three expamples of positive posts do not prove anything. It only took you a month to get them out. It would take a person two seconds on the forums to find 10 posts against the CU with the reasons to back it up to your 1 positive post.

What reliable source does the 58,000 number come from, because I tried to find it earlier and failed. The poster quoted MMORG.com but not a specific page. I never did find the 58k number. I would be interested.
I mean MMOGCHART.COM

MMOGCHART.COM does not even show any stats after January and he rates his own stats on SWG not too trustworthy...
There was a press release from Sony over a year ago stating "over 500.000 subscriptions" shortly after the european start, nothing new since then. It's also fascinating that the launch in Japan seems not to show in the charts.
I think one better trusts only the statistics one has faked personally

It is easy to go republican on something like the Combat Upgrade. It does not matter what kind of proof you show a supporter, they will continue to live in dream land. So what is the point........supporters will blindly support it, detractors will blindly hate it, and those in the middle will suffer for it.
At least the site mentioned is an actual source, and a well respected one at that. But then again I dont expect you guys to look at it that way. After all, it is better to stick your head in the sand in a rainstorm to avoid getting your head wet, isnt it.

i'v played the CU its the worst thing i'v ever played, once i played Doom 1 on pc it needed a 6 bit video card to play it. I couldn't even see what i was shooting but still it was funner then the CU.
the devs arent to smart i geuss the CU is such a bad idea its more like a Combat Downgrade then an Upgrade.

LOL the pathetic moderators have deleted more feedback today. They will lose their jobs eventually. I can't wait. They deserve hunger and unemployment.
