Thread: the one for seven ratio

When a customer leaves your business with a negative experience, it takes on average seven new customers with positive experiences to cancel out the amount of bad press you are about to receive. I can find no solution, short of giving out free RotW upgrades to cancelled accounts that _might_ convince anyone in my guild of 70 to come back to this game. We've been here since day zero, many from beta and have _NO FAITH_ in the abilities of SOE to correct _anything_ .

Let me tell you this, we absolutely LOVE our jobs. And we LOVE this game. We are dedicated to doing whatever we can to enhance your play experience. And it usually only takes one fan's blood to drift off...
