So far I only know that firefox 1.0 is supported (which is what I use)
We have reported the problems with 1.0.3 (check the issues thread for other problems)

To post in firefox: Go into "My Profile". Click on "Preferences". Uncheck "Use WYSIWYG Message Editor". You can now post. BTW, if you just click on my preferences link you don't need to go to My Profile...which makes my first sentence useless. Message Edited by Icicleman on 04-28-2005 09:41 PM

I'm using firefox 1.0.3 and I can no longer submit posts, edit as html, or preview posts. Any time I click one of those options the screen scrolls back to the top but does not actualy go anywhere (does not submit or bring up a different window with the requested action). I can still post by using the User Agent Switcher and changing my mode to either netscape or opera (IE mode gives me the same behavior). Needless to say this is very frustrating. Let me know if you need more information. |

Same with Camino (Mac Browser, same engine as Firefox/Mozilla) [Edit : posting seemed to work in Safari (apple's browser) which is how this post got up] Message Edited by Ragnaat on 04-28-2005 03:41 PM

i went through all my [message board] prefs and disabled the wysiwyg editor (checkbox) and I can now post old style in camino just fine... just like I had been doing before last nights maintenance. Message Edited by Ragnaat on 04-28-2005 03:49 PM

Garva you should have upgraded your Firefox to 1.0.3 by now, too many serious security holes in it... |
