I'm having trouble with two quests on Kashyyyk. I am at the point where I cannot continue and need them to be reset. One of the quests was hotfixed to fix where I was getting stuck at, but it didn't help me get unstuck, it only helps people who haven't done the quest yet.

So I sent in a Customer Service ticket to hopefully get these quests reset so I can complete them, and I get this response .

I have guildies who took the clone armor quests when they were bugged and have never received their armor, despite the supposed "fix". CSR tickets get canned responses or get deleted w/o response.

Needless to say, in my guild's internal forums and teamspeak, there is much anger over this...
