i was given my last respec...i crashed during it....now i lost it

when i try to get info on this i gte no response...

i have never complained,cried, or even sent a ticket.

now...i have sent a ticket..no response

live chat....no response

csr chat...told me to use live chat

forums.....no response from a csr

even tried the phone numbers...no info they can give

This cant be good for 15 bucks a month fee.....please help me...at least answer me, i have seen tons of posts on this issue and none have ben responded to...i am going to work in hopes of a answer when i return
