Thread: Mandalorian Crafting Issues Post CU, my month of woes . . .

(Quick note: I spoke with Julio Torres, Producer of LucasArts at Fan Fest about this issue. I am sure he is really busy, so I don’t know what will happen.)
The Monday evening following the CU release (May 2nd) a group of friends and I went down to the bunker and my DE sucessfully created a Mandalorian Armor Helmet Schematic. The schematic required MDE to learn and could be crafted by the DE (did not have to have AS, although the armor experimentation was limited due to only being a DE). I began to collect the components from my AS alt and started to craft away with my DE in a private house on Talus where I took the schematic.
When I reached the final stage of crafting where you name and color the object, there was no color pallete nor item picture displayed. When I tried to input a name as well, the text would vanish once I clicked elsewhere on the crafting window.
I could not complete the item. I submitted a CSR ticket and waited for several hours and my character finally went LD and I lost the schematic entirely.
For reference, I have screenshots available here. I know screenshots are not acceptable proof, but I have them anyway.
I have submitted 2 tickets prior to this which have been closed. The CSR’s handling the case have checked the logs and stated that no helmet was crafted.
A third ticket was closed again saying there was no log of the crafting. Can I check for verification that the schematic was obtained at least? Is there record of the schematic for the helmet being obtained on May 2nd?
To clarify: the helmet schematic was obtained in the Death Watch Bunker on May 2nd. All the correct components were placed in the Mandalorian Forge and the Mandalorian Helmet Schematic was placed into my inventory. Again, the CSRs said there was no log of crafting because the item froze on the last step once I learned the schematic and crafted it from within a private house. But the schematic was obtained and I ask that that fact is looked into.
It’s been a long time with no results and I have reached the pinnacle of frustration here. My alt has crafted many jetpacks and has another set of Mando components ready to craft – but I want to clear this up before I can craft again. This is not some shameless attempt at a scam, my inventory and logs can show that this character is the DWB craft-a-holic.
Again, the character’s name is Valcenta and the Helmet Schematic was obtained on Monday May 2, 2005. Any help or anything would be appreciated. These components are not easily looted and alot of people put forth their time to make this possible.

I would PM Tiggs, there is no use contacting CSR's for issues like this
