OKay soo here is where my journey starts.

A couple days after patch 17 comes out i see wow now i can transfer with items. Soo i go make a ticket. no respoinse for like 2 days. soo i go to live chat and talk with them they say it has not been implemented yet.(even though it is right there on the patch notes) a day later i get a response to my in game ticket that says same stuff, but also says that someone on the forums lied when they said that, and it is not suppose to be in the game at all, for now.

Soo a couple days later i try and transfer my other char(i decided his items are expendable) i go through the transfer process i check my mail....error your char is FS or what ever. soo i am like alright this is simple i will just go drop FS(yeah right) Soo i go into the game and i drop all my fs boxes(1 box) and try and drop froce progression(i cannot do it) soo i delete the crystal thinking that'll do something. Now i am already liek this is by far the worst transfer service ever.

Soo next i contact live chat. I explain my issue they say "i beleive this is an ingame issue and i cannot help you any further"

SOo i create ticket explaining my situation adn how baddly i want to transfer. THe CSR responded by saying that he was unaware of a way to get rid of FS, but i should contact technical support because this a technical issue and they will help me out with transfering my char.

talking about getting my hopes up just to be let down. I go to to live chat again they just say well we can't do anything to help you. Only an IN game CSR could help me with this issue.

This is by far the most aggrovating process i haev ever been through in ANY MMO I Have ever played.
