Thread: Bugged Kerritamba Quests

Not real sure where to put this, so I'm putting it up here. About two weeks ago (the Monday of Memorial Day weekend), I was in the first Arena challenge part of the Kerritamba quests. I was facing the last guy and then Eclipse took a nose dive. When I came back in, I was outside the Arena. I tried talking to the guard to go back inside and she said something to the effect of I have not proven my honor, so no getting in that way.
I tried going back to Chief Kerritamba and all he will say is I need to face the guy in the arena.
I tried contacting customer service and was greeted with the usual, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about Episode 3 quests." I think there should definitely be a warning on the game that customer service does not support Episode 3 and that you're playing at your own risk.
I'm not real sure what to ask for. I guess a reset would be nice, but there's no option for it. I'm totally locked out of the Kerritamba content and just would like some response.

The quests are bugged. I was able to complete the arena phase but am not stuck on the girl in the camp. She tells me i need to find something, so i did it and she still repeats the initial message.
