I'd like to suggest you change the way you deal with server status.
I'd find it very helpful if the server status page would reflect whether the server was down, loading or up. I would also find it useful if there was a time given when the server began loading.
Its more than a bit of a pain to have to log all the way into the game to see if my server is up. I bet a more verbose and accurate server status page would cut down on the people in the support chat, cut down on the stress on the login server, and just generally be a nice thing.
