Hi there, I clicked to Sign up for the Beta testing and a page came up telling me:
"Thank you for your interest in the Star Wars Galaxies™: Beta Testing Program. However, you are not at least 18 years of age and therefore cannot participate in the Beta. "
Lol, I've been 18 for about 5 monthes now so I'm not sure what it's on about.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks,
JohnnyMcDermott

I saw that Xan's was locked by Garva, and was wondering if you could shed any light on my situation?
Thanks again,

I managed to get signed up with my Alt account but would have prefered to do so with my main one and still wish to know why I am not allowed.
Any information at all is appreciated,

If you are having problems with your registered age on your account you
will need to contact our accounts/billing department to change that.

You only get an e-mail with the confirmation code if you are accepted into the Beta Test. You should, however get an e-mail to confirm you registered (check your spam box if you're not getting it). If you need to contact billing to correct your information, you can contact them here or by phone. Phone is: (858) 790-7827. Phone Support hours are 9am to 1:30pm and 3:30pm to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday. |

*sighs*
So I contacted them by email, asked them to change it, they did and it was to the wrong date (which apparently was my error but I'm not sure how I managed to type completely the wrong DOB
Go to sign up, a bit late anyway
If there's one thing I hate more than technology I own telling me to "Please Wait", or Indian call centers phoning me and asking me for MY name, it's automated messages telling me what it thinks I am!
Is there any chance, at all, that this will be fixed?
I have my doubts...
