My stepson wanted to start using these forums, specifically the trade forums, so using his account we end up on the fan club registration page since he only has a login for the game, not the fan club to post on these forums:

but after filling out the form and submitting we end up on a page cannot be found error page. I thought it might be a temporary bug but we've tried to setup the account for 2 days now. So I think there's an issue with that page. Is there another location to create this account that we are unaware of?

I saw an answer to this the other day!

Apparently, if you go here and apply to sign up for Beta, it'll tell you that you need the Fanclub registration and give you an alternate (working) link to sign up

Ok, I have to make my first post a big thank you for this. I have been trying to register for these forums for a couple weeks, sent 2 help requests to sony and was at my wits end. I am finally in, woot!
