GarVa has noted this problem and said lithtech are fixing it, maybe in another 6 months or so we'll get another one saying they are aware of the situation.

it takes them 6 months to make a search option 'workabe'?

no.. it takes 6 months for them to admit there is a problem.. then the "working as intended" post followed by a search function nerf.

searching 40million or so post can cause issues Honestly
its not ALL
a lithium problem, its also a volume problem, it is being worked on and
the next update is supposed to improve the search significantly.
Additionally please read the floated topics before posting they answer
a lot of these repeat questions.
