Greetings all,

This one is for the DEV's.

I just spent about a week going through the STAR WARS movies to confirm my question.

SINCE WHEN DO JEDI CARRY LIGHTSABERS?

In this I mean the following:

Yes, they square one another for battle, "carrying" their saber, with the saber on.

Yes, they are practically married to it.

Yes, they are never without it.

Yes, they always have it on them. Okay, ON THEM!

This said, they have it ON THEM. Meaning they "carry" it on their belt, or like the emperor up his sleeve,

or like Grievous in his cloak. OKAY... yes, carry lightsabers ON THEM. Not running around like a dork with

it in their hands all the time. Even the boys with the double-bladed ones arent carrying them in thier hands

like gimps. LOL

So my question to YOU, the DEV's is:

SINCE WHEN DO JEDI CARRY THEIR LIGHTSABERS?

Can you make it to where I can where it on my belt?

Or hide it under my robe?

Or up the sleeve?

Or anyhthing closely resembling STAR WARS?

I think I should have the option of having it in my hand or on my belt, and be able to call it into cambat

just the same. I know this will probably cause another 'Bug' but, I really dont dig being singled out as a

JEDI if I dont want to. I load into DANTOOINE and its hell trying to get out of the outpost without being

invited into a group everytime I decline one.

Lets see how long it takes the DEVs to either respond to this thread or implement it in test.

You're about a year and a half behind... this has been brought up numerous times before. On the rare occasions someone from development has commented, it was to explain the difficulty in doing this.

The development team has said that if things like holsters were ever implemented, it would be somewhere way way down the list of things to do.

I agree a way to "holster" a sabre would be nice but, no one said you HAVE to carry it around 24/7 in your hand. simple solution is pretty much plain as day, I carry mine in my toolbar, one button push it in my hand a 2nd push and guess what ? its not on display in my hand !!!

I personally rather they fix real issue that affect game play myself not some silly side track. dont want it in your hand ? dont keep it there. in the toolbar its easily available with one button push takeing all of one maybe 2 seconds if your slow and relistically even if they gave a "holstered"option it would still take a button push to bring it to combat.

Its hard to make things "foolproof" as fools are so damned ingenius
