ok, here it is

I only wanted to pre-order on one of my 2 accounts, so, i pre-ordered on my crafter, however, soon i realized that since i couldnt trade the skiff, i'd rather have my primary account have the pre-order, however, i didnt know how to cancel the pre-order, so, i talked to a few csr's in the chat, however, the three that i asked all told me to go to the "register expansion" button on the launchpad to cancel the pre-order, however, there was no option to cancel. It wasnt untill that i thought of going back to the website that i pre-ordered on to cancel it...and found it was surprising easy, however, i did that the october 25, and then pre-ordered for my main toon right after i cancelled my crafter.

So, can someone tell me if there is any way for me to get the skiff? even if i dont have the 7 day early access? or, am i just S.O.L.?

Well, I can do you one better.

I finished playing on the evening of the 24th, and after logging off the game, hopped on here to "Pre-Order" TOOW. I hit the "Pre-Order" box (I keep emphasizing Pre-Order because that's what it says, even today, but that's a complete lie) and paid for my "Pre-Order".

Yesterday, when I logged on to play, I didn't have my new toys and I couldn't access Mustafar. The response to my CSR ticket said I didn't pre-order my "Pre-Order" in time, and the ticket was closed.

I called directly. Apparently, my night of the 24th was 12:21 A.M. on the 25th, thereby making me ineligible for the benefits of the "Pre-Order" that I pre-ordered by 21 minutes.

They told me how I could play on November 1st and as politely as I could, I asked if that would not make my "Pre-Order" a regular order since there are no benefits to the November 1st launch. Seems to me that leaving that "Pre-Order" box up there shouting how you get to play early and get an extra toy when it's no longer a "Pre-Order" is false advertising. I was told that I should have read the fine print, and I told them they could take their new expansion and their fine print and find a comfortable location for it in their colon.

So, bottom line for the poster, you are SOL, and SOE doesn't care. The good news is, I have 30 bucks to spend on something else, so I can buy you a couple drinks. You'll probably enjoy them more than that stupid skiff anyways.

ok, ive been thinking about this all day, and i kinda thought that was what was gonna happen.

I just cant get over that the fact that i couldnt pre-order was because 3 CSR's (not just one that happened to be wrong), but 3, told me the incorrect way to cancel my pre-order, because i was sure not gonna pre-order for my crafter...but i dont wanna pay $60 for this.

I've always been one of those people who always sided with the devs, and csr's even, but, after this, i may just switch to WOW, or something like that...my brother just bought wow yesterday...and you can actually put more than 1 account per server, lol. (im ocu, my bro is eze on swg)
