Hello,

Thankyou for anyone in a position to be a voice at SOE/ LA to simply make a statement to the powers that be. I LOVE SWG. I have loved it ever since my time in beta. I care deeply about it, and I want to see it continue to flourish and grow. Anything I say is only out of hopes to see the best for this game to come to light, and thrive.

That said, please relay some very real concerns to those who are in charge. There is an amzaing lack of response to an issue that is a comment upon negative mechanics of the game that people post on the forums. I and a lot of this community feel that despite people who are somewhat responsive, that for the most part there is an almost smug air that comes form those in charge. Questions are often never addressed, nor are complaints, even when they are not of the typical whiny varity. I feel like SOE, the devs, and customer relations dont truely care. It is that one thing alone that stirs so much tenderness and sensitivity to SOE's actions. I believe that is the source for so much anger.

Its one thing to not understand why things work and believe there is a better way and state it, and be recognized. It is entirely another to be what feels like ignored, or worse snubbed. This so often feels to be the case, even if its not intended.

Please, try and be more responsive to insight people try and give, especially those that have devoted over 2 years of money and time to this game.

That said, Please relay to the Content team, or Dev tem, or programers, or what ever group(s) this applies to, as I am not sure who does what there, Thankyou for all your work, and a great game. To make it better can you please look at the problems of Artisan, and Crafter Content. Those classes survivability, and the fact that under another post it ties the bulk of those problems to puting a level system on to of a better, skills system for only the ease it has for the teams, vs the effect those issues have on the game and the community at large. Also, please, Please, PLease take the time to fix all the mechanics, animations, terminals, missions, and other things that are broken, before bringing us more content. It would be great to see what is here all work properly, instead of never being addresses.

I would love to see more crafters, schematis, and artisansin the world, and I would still be one perhaps, if it were that they were viable. I especailly miss being a musician... But those classes are stagnat.
