Thread: Did not get my quest reward!! Please fix this!!

Char name = Grambacca
Server = Gorath
Problem:
I did the quest that gives the Xanadak trophy as a reward. My inventory was full so I did not get the Trophy!
I went back to the NPC after reading the patch notes that this was fixed. The NPC just tells me thanks for helping him. I still don't have the trophy!
I submitted 2 in game Tickets and multiple Bug reports. The tickets were under the Mission/Reward category and were closed by CSR with an auto response that CSR's cannot help with this issue! BOGUS!
I then tried the live chat from the Launchpad but teh CSR's tehre either would not talk to me or just told me to submit a ticket even though I explained to them I had already done that without success!
Is there any Customer Service for this game? This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company for customer service!
Is there a CSR supervisor that can get my reward Trophy for me? Surely someone can look at my quest Journal and see I completed the quest and then place the Xanadak trophy in my inventory?
Who do I talk to to get REAL Customer Service?

Try the In-Game Customer Service forum.
The last time I posted about an issue in there, I had a CSR in-game fixing it within 15 minutes.

Tried that but it did not help.
Called em on phone. Tried live chat from launchpad. Sent email. Bugged in game. Sent tickets in game, all closed.
Basically told I have been **edit**ed over and nothing they are willing to do about it.
SOE SUCKS
