Anyone else notice that this was a new user? Less than 30 days into the game? Is he/she real?

Although he may hold the record for being flamed the most ever, you must admit one thing.
If there is a problem with a server, you will see a post about it from Tiggs under announcements within an hour. Acknowledging that there is a problem, what the problem is, and what is being done to resolve it.
There may be customer support issues in other areas, but I very much appreciate those posts from Tiggs.

Except that Tiggs had no mention of the problems when Sunrunner crashed 2 nights in a row. The Live Chat CSR's didn't even know it was down. Tiggs makes promises and just lies to the community I don't see how she's managed to keep her job.

Tiggs is the director of community relations. I don't see a whole lot of relating with the community going on here other than posting discussion threads (no discussion in them with her or other Devs) amd patch notes.
Whether it's her choice, or policy, I don't know, but it would be hard to argue that the state of community relations right now does not need improvement.

I rate community relations a 1 on a 10 scale. Needs drastic improvement. If I brought friends into this game, I'd lose them either to the bugs or the total lack of regard for the customer the customer service and community relations guys/gals show.
Which is why I'm warning everyone I know to stay WELL away from that $29 boxed set. Get KOTOR instead.
