Just some advice to make us peeps who pay to play your product happy.

We are tired of hearing, I can't see your messages my screen is scrolling too fast. Fix the issue. Divide chat into more rooms and hire more CSR's whenever you do a big patch. 1000 pm's is impossible but 250 is way easier. make it 4 250 person rooms with one csr per room. Bam problem fixed. You can now read our pm's and we will be happy when we get timely responses. Plus, less need to moderate.

Also, In the whole 19 hours I was in chat so far today, not once did anyone call me a valued customer. If walmart costs me 5 minutes of time they say it 8 times. Your company cost me way more time and not one customer service rep mentioned that at all. You would think in 19 hours someone would say it as it makes us feel warm inside, like you really care about us sitting in chat all day or something, while we are being billed for a service that is not being provided. Not a time to hide behind your legal documents saying you don't garantee error free service ect ect. Your team really needs to reach out to us and make us feel like sony understands that we are paying customers. I think if we all feel better, we wouldn't be waiting in chat all day.

And, your updates to us are too late. You didn't even change the ticker saying servers eta is 9pm est untill 9:45pm. Why the wait?

I think your team needs to do a better job of making the customers feel appreciated, updateing them as often as possible with more info then "we have no eta yet for server to be up" (try actaully telling us the problem). When my cable goes out the cable company says "yeah due to bad weather the lines went down" they never say "sorry for the problem but we can't tell you anything and we have no idea when it will be fixed" If you don't even know what the issue is, how can you expect us to deal with the inconvinience?

I tell you all of this in hopes of reform, but as I look back through the forums I see people saying the same things since launch so maybe you will never change your ways. But, if you are willing to humble down a bit to our level and treat us like people, you'll hear alot less complaints. Hope this is helpful or at least a reminder. Till the next patch when I see you again.
