Do you think we will ever had a list of bugs that we can view? I don't mean a list of every single bug in the game... I mean the main bugs that get constantly posted on the "Issues" and "Bugs" threads every day... the same ones posted over and over and replicated in forum after forum.

We are asked for bugs... we give them but most of the time we are never told "Yes this is a bug, we are aware of it and it will be addressed" at best we get a"Bugs Pulled" message and the thread is deleted and so the cycle continues... it gets posted over and over, people get more and moreangry because they feel they are being ignored.

For example.... the Mind Buff Crystals. Broken, totally useless and obviously not working as intended. Yet I have never seen one Dev post on these... not even to let us know that they are aware. There are many, manyother issues that are raised and raised but never get acknowledged, yet they are obviously bugs and the Devs must surely be aware of them - why don't they tell us? We have to assume that they don't know, or don't care and so the rants begin.

Most of the time we just have to wait and watch the patch notes to see whats being fixed this time.

Wouldn't it make sense to tell us what has been bugged? Wouldn't it stop probably hundreds of posts and rants? Wouldn't it make the "Issues" and "Bug" threadsmore orderly and constructiveif there was a URL at the top of them saying "Please do not post if your bug is listed here, we are aware of it and will deal with it as soon as possible"

Also from a CSR point of view, wouldn't it be easier for them it this list was made public? Instead of constantly telling people "working as intended" or "there is nothing I can do" - they could actually comment on it. Obviously as it is now, if it hasn't been made public, they are not at liberty to say anything to the person who has logged a ticket.

Yes there are a lot of people you will never please, a lot that are going to moan moan moan no-matter what you do - but there are also a lot of people that just want to be kept in the loop and feel like they are being heard. I think a"Known Bug thread" would help them feel like they have been listened to... we are not all kids and a lot of us have careers and appreciate things do not happen overnight - but we also know that communication is always the key to a successful relationship.. which is what SOE should be having with its customers.

Just my 2 cents.
