I need help, I lowered the respec interface down, so I could chat, but I lowered it too low. Now I can't grab a hold of it and raise it back up to respec.

I've tried logging out and logging in and typing /respec is there a way for me to raise the interface back up so I may see it?

It is so low that when I try to raise it all I do is move my camera down.
