This goes out to all of you too stupid not to recognize the obvious.
Why does anyone complain about anything? Is it because we don't care about it? Open your eyes and stop saying "if you don't like it so much, just leave"
We complain because in one way or anohter we love this game. If anyone here has a loved one and saw me come up to them and kick them in the shin repeatedly would you just walk away? no sense in complaining, right?
Wehad a MMORPG based in the Star Wars Universe. I have dedicated 1000's of hours of my life to it (literally, probably 1500 hours in the last year). Now the Devs are screwing with the game. Well I don't want to just "walk away" Especially when I have no other options for a MMORPG based in the Star Wars Universe. Believe me, if there was, there would be ALOT fewer people here bothering to complain. It would be hard to walk away even if there was an option, because outside of work and sleep, this game has taken up the majority of my life. I can't justquit. So what options does that leave me with?Either hunting down the devs one by one and bashing their heads in with a tireiron or complaining. The first option does sound tempting (I've had fantasies about goingdown to the fan thingy in L.A. and being arrested and probably going to jail for a very long time), but I'm not violent by nature and even thoght this game has been my life, it does not meanthat much to me. We complain to be heard, to make sure that people know we are not pleased with what they are doing. We want to be aknowledged that someone is hearing us. That is a reason I actually hope this post gets deleted. Someone will have heard me. It may be a peon with no power or authority, but someone will have read at least part of it.
