A suggestion, I am putting it here as there is no suggestion box.

One of the questions my helper tag tends to draw is "How do I get on the forums?" and for a long time (months), I had no answer for these people. Now admittadly I felt stupid once I figured it out, but still. The end result is there are allot of your customers that don't use these forums, but this is where you try to do the majority of your community relations.

My suggestion is this, add some "in game" community relations. I know the first thought is "not enough manpower" but it doesn't need much really. Every NPC city has a relatively empty house or guild hall. Have a Dev with some spare time put a "SOE Community Relations Center" sign out front and a bunch of data terminals inside. On each data terminal, just change the description to some thing use full, like instructions on getting to the forums on one terminal, how to report Bugs on another, how to use the holocron, a Terms of service, etc.

and for a real kicker, on those occasions you want to take a player poll, put a ballot box terminal in each community center.
