Sorry for the double post. Posting problem. It displayed "page can not be found" when I submitted a post with a HTML in it. So I thought it did not go through and re-posted, but it did...sorry

The main page is not displaying a "Fan Club" link. It has a Station account link, (upper left) and that information and email address is correct, but the "Fan Club" link appears to be missing our I am missing it otherwise.

When I do a search in help, 3 topic come up for signing up for the Fan Club but they are for Everquest and PlanetSide. No SWG links/help. You get this result even if you select SWG from the products list.

2 11487 How do I sign up for the Fan Club?

3 9383 How do I sign up for the Fan Club?

Please advise. Thank You!

When you go to www.starwarsgalaxies.com

click on the "community" link on the left hand side of the navigation menu and then you will see fanclub.

If she has hotmail, yahoo, even aol or earthlink email they often will be filtered by the email system as spam unless you designate it as not being spam (station.sony.com or soe.sony.com needs to be allowed to pass the filter) as far as star rating increase... the more ratings you get the less you will see it impact your rating. Sheused a completely diffrent mail account and was able to get the confirmation email! Thank You!

The star rating problem that I am seeing is not an issue with the rate changing, it is a problem with a

rating being counted towards your total.

For example, if go into your profile and then do a mouse of on top of your rating, it will show you how many times your post have been rated. Let say for example, that number is 50. If you create a post, and it is rated 5 times, when you go back and look at your number of rated post, it is not 55. It is 50 or another number lower then the expected 55.

Thanks again for the help with the email problem, I am sure that it is an issue with the mail being filtered on her in-box.
