OK, let me first say my computing knowledge is highly lacklustre.

Now, whenever I wish to check the forums or post a message, I must do the following to get the most up to date page. First, I delete all cookies (from the Tools, Internet Options dropdown box), then I must run a disk cleanup which I assumes refreshes my computer. Then I can post and get the most up to date info - at the time of doing this, that is. However, say I wish to get the up to date info 10 minutes later, I need to do this again!? It doesnt automatically update my pages as I'm reading and switching between various pages.

This is very annoying, particularly for the trade forums pages, as I'm constantly having to do the above.

Anyone help me on this?
