i would like to see some pics of the Galaxies-Hardware-Cluster (just an overview, to imagine how bigthey are )or may one of the DEVs office, or how the ticket system works to the CSRs

is it possible to get a kind of "Photo-story" of a typical DEV-Day?

The dev's at work is a possibility but the galaxy hardware cluster most probably not. Most companies have policies to keepsome informationsecret, especiallyinformationthat could give the competition an advantage.
