or rather the lack there of. Ever since the release of the CU, I and many others have not been able to get in game. Some was for not being able to download the patches. But many found other ways to get these. Now we cannot get the client-r patch or any other patch there after. SOE has not made any attempt to get players who truely wish to stay, to get into the game.
If I did not use game cards, I would cancel my account today, as yesterday was the end of my patiants. You have lost many accounts and in many cases players as well.. I would think you would rather do everything p[ossible to keep players rather than just forget us. For the past week, hardly any customer service rep. (CSR) has responded to any legitamant post in the forums asking for help.
I do not consider this type of attitude in deserving to your customers. Sure we may not be able to hurt sony in their pockets, but we sure can in ths game you called Starwars Galaxies.
I had enjoyed my three months that i played before the release of the cu. But under the current situation and lack of support, I cannot continue. There is too many other massive player online games for me and others to choose from.
Again I am sorry to leave, but you have left me no other choice.

Please try one of the other methods of getting technical

Well Finally someone deceided to atleast answer. Guess what i have posted int eh tech forum but CSR's have refused to answered anyones questions. This make it a community relations problem. i have been kept out of game 5 days now, cant get into find what skills i need to change, to get double xp which started today, or anything else. May be if SOE will start to help their customers instead of ignoring them they may keep a few that will or are leaving because of this problem with the client_r.exe. |
