Why aren't we seeing an official explanation of what the hell went so wrong last week? The staff on the boards are in "turtle shell" mode avoiding all discussion of what's going on. Players leaving in droves and numerous outside news sources are questioning SOE as well, only to find no response. Why is there no communication? Are we going to have to bear the usual, "deny deny deny pretend it doesn't exist and they quit" tactics employed on this forum? Hello SOE, where are you?

Wow, and customer service told me that he doesn't have an email address. Of course, I knew they were lying fools. To hear the person I spoke with over the telephone, he's always incommunicado (I.E. no email, no phone, no mail, etc...). They couldn't even give me the goddamn mailing address for the SOE offices which is public information, and it just pisses me off that some low-level drone tries to blow smoke up by butt like that. As a business owner I find that kind of attitude appalling, and if I ran SOE I'd make sure she was out standing in the unemployment line.
