I pre-ordered the first few days and have yet to hear from soe other than thanks for your order. my understanding was that pre-ordered got to play in beta and got a digital download before the game released, was I wrong? I see posts for player events in there and apparantly i was not included cus i've recieved no download

Download will begin the 5 may (normaly).
And you know that new official online version = open beta version,
then when you'll have your official access, you could begin the beta test
