You know having clone shock and item decay...well suck...but seem to be part of the game. Thats nice and all but could you be so kind as to either FIX THE CLONING TERMINALS OR DISABLE THAT PART OF THE GAME TILL YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Amen. I'd like to add that Force of Will should actually bring one out of his/her incapped state. Sheesh.

I havent tried it yet but apparently standing next to the terminal and typing /clone will work

I can't use my free cloning certificate that the green noobie helper droid gave me this way though

This is in the process of being fixed. Temporarily you can use /clone next to the terminal.

I'm not commenting on wether or not "/clone" works at the terminals, but if it does.... this is the sort of information that should be displayed in our launch pads or while the game is loading. Information we can actually use in-game rather than stuff about the latest RotW review or two-person speeders. Just my thoughts...

Isn't it funny? Whenever the forums are raging about something, the Devs go out of their way to point out that only a very small percentage of players actually visit the boards. Then, whenever there's something going on in-game, like this /clone issue or the end of the respec issue, they only post info about it on the boards. Then when people get upset about the fact that they didn't know what was going on, the Devs say, "Oh, didn't you see it? We posted it on the boards!" ![]()

They have at least gotten significantly better at actually updating the in game "Top Known Issues". But they can do significantly better.

In general I have noticed that on line games do a horrid job providing instructions on how certain systems work. It seems the standard that was adopted (not just SWG - all of them) is one of letting the players figure things out.

OMG you're right, I was in such a hurry that it hardly registered. I cloned as usual (which by the way I don't understand why I should have to clone everytime I land on a planet if they still have my specimin - cause i haven't cloned from death since the last time I paid to store my clone information) and when I cloned, I got the decay messages for a long list of items. I started to go WTH, but then immediately got my attention pulled elsewhere. I forgot about this!
