I just thought i'd actually give some positive feedback to CSRs for a change since this kind of feedback is very rare.

If you look at my post history you can see that I have not and am still not a big fan of SoE and it's vision of Star Wars although I have adapted to the CU as I have found a new community of people to share the learning curve with.. anyway..

On May 31st While I was playing around in my datapad, I accidently deleted my beloved Raven (M22 "Krayt" Gunship) while it was fully equipped with my best gear. I was pretty upset with myself because it was my fault for having fast item destroy on in the first place but I figured I would try and put in a ticket to see if there was any way I could possibly get my ship back..

2 days later I got a gmail from a CSR who I unfortunately did not get the name of stating that he checked my logs for the missing ship and found nothing and basically said that this character has never had one of those deleted or something like that.. he also stated that if i can get further information, I should resubmit the ticket and maybe they can track it down with more info.. armed with this, I resubmitted the ticket, this time giving all of the details like the date, approx time, Exact Ship deed type and the ship name.

3 Days later I got a tell from a CSR robert who was very polite and went through the ticket with me. He located the deleted the ship and advised that it would appear in my inventory after the next server restart. I was grateful that I got my baby back and then to my disbelief, CSR Robert then asked me if there were any other issues I needed attending, which I did.. so I told him about my bugged ARC-170 deed that won't generate even though I have completed the quest and have the correct pilot certifications.

Unfortunately he could not help with this issue, but he did at least go through it with me and try to fix the problem.

This is not an isolated problem. That stupid fast item destroy option killed 100k stack of rare fermionic sili ore that i had just payed through the nose for (awesome shipwright quality). Within 3 days my ticket was answered and the ore was back in my inventory.

Thank you again CSR Robert and the CSR who replaced that ore.

I had to show that your work is appreciated even though I still dont like the CU
