Thread: Lost respec banked points a plea for help

Good News: First thanks for the ability to respec one last time.
Bad News: I am at the end of my rope - with the recent announcements and CSRs responding with the standard answers of not being able to help and since I don't want to violate any rules and be a good Texan - I finally decided to give this one more try.
Good News: I have cold beer and the best brisket waiting for the team up here in Big D (that be Dallas, Texas)
Here is the issue I had with respec - I had two different accts - same server - which had banked a few points and upon logging in the next time some banked points were gone. Not a game breaker - however one character really was denied a truely earned respec the other 3 characters I can live with (I know I know bear with me here).
(A summary of 4 accts with characters will be listed at the end of this to offer any info that might help SOE or players.)
To keep it simple - I focus on the issues / results of respec 2 characters - on seperate accts - same server
Character 1
non-Force Sensitive
respec'd within the artisan and related masters - switching one master for another - then some merchant.
started respec 1st day of crafter professions being allowed
ended respec on 31.May
changed novice - standard - elite points - respec'd a few times
lost banked points in standard 1 out of 3 times no biggie - just grinded the rest out
Character2
FS-Jedi Padawan
respec'd storing 3 jedi points the first day
started respec 1st day of general professionsbeing allowed
ended respec on 31.May
changed novice - standard - elite points - jedi respec'd a few times
lost banked points in jedi everytime 3 times for a total of 6 points
first time I respec'd and logged back the next day to finalize my template - I thought I was crazy and did not bank the 3 points - but sure enough the jedi skill boxes reflected that. CSR canned response motiviated me to provide details -
2nd respec included novice - standard - elite points and banking 1 jedi point
Login for 3rd respec NO jedi points bank all other points bank ok - bank another Jedi point
Login for 4th respec NO jedi points bank all other points bank ok - bank another Jedi point
Login for 5th respec and finalize template.
Again no banked jedi points ever carried over to the next time I logged in or entered a /respec session.
I made sure that I did not use all my skill points up in respec standard - novice - elite points - which now leaves me 32 points empty for the one acct - heheheh - no biggie but...
The next and last respec will not resolve my loss...
Before eveyone rolls their eyes here is the detail so someone with SOE can say
1.there is really nothing we can do
or
2. there maybe something that can be done - dont do the last respec - contact us first - and tell me info i need to send and who to contact.
do not make an exception** (see bottom of post) but don't shut the barn doors here - a respec will not bring any banked points lost.
please tell me either way...
Not to push any more buttons - I do have a good friend in real life and ingame that used the respec to shift from one jedi template to another banking some of the points and lost his banks points - he gets the same canned answer - and now has a former lvl 70~ character at I think now a 7 or 8 ... funny only for the first minute ... then has to talk him into one more week.
Both of us are mature gamers - and in RL know the pressures of running customer service organizations and technology as well as knowing being over 40 is a good thing 
So help a couple of ol' hands here - you can contact me here in the forums privatley - or my forum and game contact information are insync - heck - pick up the phone and call me - whatever works.

More server data if needed with details - like FS status - pilot skills - dates of respec - starting skill sets - ending templates ....

in a nut shell (pecan of course) if an acct has less skillpoints after the respec than prior to the respec ...
especially if the disparity is 16 - 24 or 32 points - that should be some verification to warrant a detail look.

on the surface is appears that SOE has the ability to research some accts for status on items - quests - skills etc- so if you can send a message out to everyone saying don't send in a ticket for lost skills - because if we find out you are requesting lost skills for which you originally did not have - you will be in big trouble, then this cowboy asks can ya do the same for the folks with issues with the lost bank points?

i had the same problem i dropped down to help a long time friend now noob to the game. i droped down to lvl 7 and he was lvl 5 so that we could hunt stuff together, but when i looged on the next day all my banked 130 jedi respec points were gone and i know i had atmost 5 days of respec time according to Tiggs info. andanother friend of mine that loggedon a day before i did still has respec time left. If he didnt i would jsut think that we were wrong onout calculations buthe still can respec and i can not. and i logged in a couple days after he did after respec so im very up set. I do have a bit of faith though so im giving them tillthe end of the month hopefully this can befixed other wise im done iplayed to be jedi and now i have to do it all over and well thats not happening. so 3 accounts go bye bye. I guess its my fault for trusting these people in the first place andpushing the envolope like i did i gues.
