Thread: Customer Service No longer Helping with Respec...
I wouldn't count on them doing anything at all about it. They seem to have washed there hands on the whole /respec business. There hasn't beenone word about it from anyone here, apart from the joke Tiggs posted the other day.

UGGGGG that is not my Question, My Question was do I still get my missing Skill that was taken away after the CU. This has nothing to do with the Respec other than the fact if I can not respec then I can not put in the missing Skill.
This is what happen: Post CU I had all my exp points built up for LVL 3 Lighting gun but had not learned the skill yet. Once CU came live all that exp was gone due to the fact that you now use rifle exp to get that spacific tree. There was no warning regarding this and all my work towards was gone. I have been waiting for over a month for a responce and still nothing.
So I was asking if I have to resubmit or continue to wait as I can tell by the responce so far i going to have to resubmit and hope for a cold winter in ......
I have an acct with the same bank jedi points disappearing issus as does one other person I know very well
