Ok, I was just browsing on Play.com and the total experience is retailing for £14.99 (RRP £19.99). That is essentially less than I paid for RoTW in a single pack. This is really poor show by SOE, I am really just lost for words, really, I can't understand the way you treat existing customers. I mean you obviously have a very good game with appeal as there are still many people playing, even with the treatment they get! Think how much more money you would make if you actually gave some consideration to it. There would still be twice as many people playing as thee is today.

Ok if the game retails now at £19.99, fine, but in that case we should have had a proportional discount, you can simply not charge the same amount for the expansion as you are for the game and two expansions, it’s just not right. It you didn’t do this sort of thing, there would be no need for the low prices to entice in new players as many that have left would still be playing! So do we existing customers now get a month free, its only fair. I really can not explain how P*****-off I am.
