Thread: Character Transfer Service and the respecs (both initial, and final)

I transferred two characters from Scylla to Eclipse after the CU, but neither were eligible for a respec (even though they would have been eligible before the transfer took place). Had I known that the /respec would have been negated with the character transfer I would have done this before transferring them over to Eclipse.
I suppose the final respec being for "eligible" characters will be ignoring my two character transfers as well?
Any chance of getting that $90 back?

Same problem. I've played my character since release and transferred him over to Gorath after CU. I was then "not authorized to respec." I tried to get help long before the final respec business began, but I was fed the same automated timeframe has ended message.
Now I don't get a final respec even though I'm a veteran player, payed $30 to transfer my character, and was affected by previous respec issues that my final respec could easily fix. I sent in a CS ticket, but I expect another auto response about how they can no longer assist with these issues.
I started playing long before the CU, Ideserve afinal respec just like everyone else.

Confirmed -- transferred characters are not eligible for final respec.
So much for being veterans! hehe

To add insult to injury... I can't transfer characters to Eclipse now-- I had one last character eligible for respec on a different server. Respec'd to what I wanted, and went to go transfer. And.. no Eclipse. Only like 8 of the servers appeared in the list. Go figure!
