Ishould be a Sr. Community Member instead of Community Member as I highly meet the requirements.
im not sure but i think its bugged atm, or maybe garva has to update your rank manually.
like i say im not sure.

I do know the rank's page isn't correct.
According to the ranks, you can proceed beyond Wing Commander. You can not.
