ok 1k+ posts and 22 months later and im still petty officer...how do i get my promotion?

you must not have previously qualified for a star rank so your next forum update is at the 28 month level.

Star ranking was disabled awhile back due to people abusing the system. Now the only way to gain new forum titles is more posts and a longer time as a subscriber. The ranking system & its requirements is listed at the top of this forum in the stickies.
