Something different from "we apologize ecc ecc" will be really nice...i think it is called CRM....And as far as i can see here this word is not so much known...
Mon, down time, pulled back publish.
Tue, down time, publish (if you can call it that)
Wed, down time, hotfix for like 2% of what publish broke
There are still SO MANY BUGS. We have a lot of downtime yet to come.

Since game started downtime was a waste, i think i months, for old player we want a free month play so happen in other games, from SOE we have only same words...... : We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this downtime.
Its time that soe give us some money back , or something else in game.
Please someoneof SOEanswer to me.....
(this reply is not from SOE but the quote is)
SOE is not required to do anything about downtimes. It is nice that they give an apology etc. If they want to do more it is their porogative and has nothing to do with obligations. It has been nice in the past when they gave double xp or gave out a plaque - that all is stricky because they wanted to do it not because they have to. They are in no way required to reimburse for downtime. I would love for them to do more and I encourage them to do so. But I don't demand it...
why?
Becausewe agree to the EULA every timewe enter the game ... may I direct you to it?

I know someone will call me a monkey boy or some other such nonsense or call me a suck up. But honestly this Clause has been there since the game launched and I agreed to it so I don't have the ethical right to complain that they are not living up to their promises in this case(they are living up to this one T_T).
I do hope that they do give us something for this down time that we have experienced (but no double xp please) but If they do it will because they feel like it not because we asked for it.
Everyone online complany has a similar EULA, But it doesnt stop them giving free days(Blizzard to it when they have unexpected downtime). The Matrix used to go down for bugs, fixes and if it was down for longer than needed there a free sub day given.
I call it respecting the playerbase, something which LA and SOE simply don't do.
I would go a step further...
I would add a payment option. This option would let the user to buy a "Playing Hours paket" insted of a Time Paket (the monthly account). The user can choose to buy from the actual system (one month access or more) or to buy a set amount of playing hours which are detracted according to the time spent playing.
For example one can buy a "one month account" or a "75 Hours account". The first account will expire after one month, the second doesn't have an expiraton date but will expire after the user played for 75 hours.
I believe this would be a breakthrough becas I'm sure there are many people who doesn't play because they are able to play only a few hours per week and buying a monthly account wouldn't be suitable.
what do you think?
And remember. They can't even get a patch right. You want them messing with accounts? Lol, you'll get your one month free, just to end up paying triple the next month because it got bugged when they screwed around with it.

You want a free month? Quit. Come back in a month, there's your free month.

Ummm...how is that a free month? The whole point of free is that you PLAY and not pay for it but I don't think it should be a whole month. The overall work that would have to go into something like giving credit to someones account for downtime would be enormous and time consuming. I would rather have them spend the time it takes to credit however many gazzilion accounts and focus on the code. However, something like that would be nice it's just not practical.
