Thread: Moderated forums are an inadequate tool for voicing feedback

I need only direct you to today's outbursts in the Jedi forum as proof that many members of the posting community feel their concerns are being ignored.
Please implement a "feedback form"that will allow customers to sendfeedback to customer service directly andprivately. As it stands,the only way to voice negative criticism involvestaking the risk of being banned.
If your customers are not allowed to speak, how exactly will you know what you are doing right, and what you are doing wrong? I will assume thatESP is not an effective means of communications justyet.

From there you can provide feedback (positive or negative), ask questions (although Iwonder what the response rate is compared to a ticket or forum post)or provide suggestions.
The problem in the forums right now is that even calm, rational posts are getting "piled on" by angrier players who tend to feed off each other, leading to eventual thread meltdowns, lockings, deletings (although actual deletes tend to be reserved for topic duplications), or bannings.
