most of the players are asking lots of questions none are answered.
The player base is continually ignored.
The player corespondents are not good enough nor do they represent fully the percentage of the player base they are meant to represent.
perhaphs you should consider server corespondents as well to address particular problems on specific servers, as the scope of the professions is not wide enough and most of them are so blind they cannot see past their own profession and how the balancing will effect other professions. Some also are giving out exploits which have been reported and yet (again) no one has been banned for using them or posting them.
Please sort it out and can you please FULLY test and get people who know how to test before you release half rushed patches again - if you go into any galaxy forum and read any of the posts about any publish you CUSTOMERS are constantly making jokes and some are betting ingame credits on the chance of it actually working as intended because being honest the last 6 or 8 patches have been far below par compared to pre publish 9 patches, and the decent work of whent he game began.
People do not want "extras" they would prefer the bugs fixed.

I wouldn't go as far as to blame the correspondents. Their job is to use their best judgement, and they do it on a volunteer basis. The real problem is due to the communications blackouts that exist on the devs' side.

lets face it devs and SOE have lost all inspiration for this game, at the start the original developers would be tweaking the game to how the visioned it but perhaps could not do due to time constraints, these days there is none of that and the game is now just being milked for every $£€ that they can possibly get, and unfortunately the easiest way to do that is to add crap, unfortunately they are thinking in pure simple business terms, and that is your customers are idiots, they dont see past the surface to all the problems
(no offence is intended to anyone by that comment but it is how you learn to view business when you are studying it)

Lets see you do that job. It's a bit different from remaking a customer's burger because you accidentally put pickles on it.

I dunno mate whats that like?
i worked at EA for 6 years mate designing AA and AAA games. I'd do her job so well i've applied for the same job she does at LucasArts. I also got down to the last 10 people when they advertised for a producer so i can't be that bad can i? - especially as i live in the UK.

Go on my son!
As annoyed as I am with the lack of CSR feedback, I think the bottleneck definately starts further up the chain than Tiggs.
They really need to re-think their whole approach. Again.
